Before founding The Firm Blueprint, I built my career across IT consulting, healthcare operations, and program management — working in environments where technology, people, processes, and data all had to work together for an organization to succeed.
My extensive experience as an IT consultant gave me a strong foundation in evaluating technology, implementing systems, solving technical and operational challenges, and helping organizations use technology as a practical business tool — not simply adding software for the sake of adding software.
That experience carried into my work in complex healthcare operations and program management, where I focused on improving workflows, implementing technology, coordinating across teams, analyzing performance, identifying operational gaps, and turning complicated processes into practical systems people could actually follow.
Today, I bring those experiences together through The Firm Blueprint.
